Versizo collects only the minimum information necessary to provide the Services.

1.1 Account Information

We collect your email address only to create and manage your account. Authentication is passwordless. No passwords are created or stored by the Services.

1.2 User Content

When you use the Services, you may submit room photographs, images, text prompts, design settings, and other content ("User Content"). All User Content is submitted entirely at your own direction and initiative.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• you hold all necessary rights, licences, and permissions in relation to that content;
• the content is lawful and does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person;
• the content does not include identifiable individuals without their explicit consent;
• the content does not include sensitive, illegal, or regulated material.

Versizo does not verify, moderate, or take responsibility for User Content. You are solely responsible for all User Content you submit.

1.3 AI-Generated Outputs

The Services use artificial intelligence models to produce design outputs based on your inputs ("Outputs"). Outputs are generated by automated systems and are unpredictable in nature. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unsuitable, non-unique, or similar to outputs generated for other users. Outputs are provided for inspiration and visualisation purposes only and do not constitute professional design, architectural, structural, legal, financial, or any other form of advice.

You are solely responsible for:

• the inputs and prompts you provide;
• any Outputs generated from your inputs;
• any decisions, actions, reliance, or use of those Outputs;
• any consequences arising from the use or distribution of Outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Versizo is not responsible or liable for any Outputs or any consequences arising from their use.

1.4 Usage and Technical Data

We may automatically collect limited technical and usage data including pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, IP address, and session logs. This data is used only to operate and improve the Services and for security and fraud prevention. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We use the information we collect only to:

• provide, maintain, and improve the Services;
• generate AI-powered design outputs based on your inputs;
• store and manage your project history;
• send authentication codes to your email address for login purposes;
• operate security, fraud detection, and platform integrity measures;
• improve the Services using aggregated, de-identified usage data.

We do not send marketing communications without your explicit opt-in consent. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes.

Room photographs and images you upload are stored on secure cloud infrastructure. Your photos may be processed by third-party AI providers for the sole purpose of generating design outputs. Versizo does not use your photos or User Content to train, fine-tune, or develop any AI model, whether operated by Versizo or any third party.

Versizo does not sell or commercially exploit your photos or User Content.

You may delete your uploaded content and your account at any time via the account settings in the Services. Upon deletion, Versizo will remove your account and associated data, subject to applicable data retention obligations described in Section 8.

All uploads are made entirely at your own risk. Versizo is not liable for any User Content submitted through the Services.

Payments are processed exclusively by third-party payment processors. Versizo does not store, handle, or have access to your credit card details, debit card details, or other payment card information. All payment transactions are governed by the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment processor.

Versizo receives only non-sensitive billing metadata such as transaction identifiers, payment status, and subscription information necessary to operate the Services.

Versizo uses a single authentication cookie (an httpOnly JSON Web Token) to maintain your authenticated session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the Services to function. It does not track your activity across other websites and is not used for advertising purposes.

We do not use advertising cookies, behavioural tracking cookies, or third-party tracking scripts.

To deliver the Services, we engage third-party providers for cloud hosting, AI model processing, file storage, email delivery, and payment processing. These providers process your data only as necessary to perform their designated functions.

Some providers may operate outside of Australia. By using the Services, you consent to the transfer and processing of your information outside Australia where necessary to deliver the Services. We take reasonable steps to ensure overseas providers maintain appropriate protections for your information.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Versizo does not warrant or guarantee the absolute security of your information. You should not upload information you are not prepared to have exposed in the event of a security incident.

You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time via your account settings in the Services.

We process deletion requests in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles. We may retain certain information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes. We may require identity verification before actioning a privacy request.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Versizo is not liable for:

• any User Content submitted through the Services;
• any AI-generated Outputs or consequences arising from their use;
• service interruptions, downtime, or unavailability;
• acts or omissions of third-party service providers;
• loss, corruption, or unauthorised access to data.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
